Returns Policy
As Say Sausages is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements. We will provide a low resolution proof by e-mail or post for your approval.
If when you recieved your order it was damaged in transit you must notify Say Sausages within 24 hours by e-mail or phone. Any damaged goods including packaging must be returned within 14 days to:

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images and design of this website, advertising and marketing material are and will remain the property of Say Sausages. If these rights are abused in any way, we will pursue this strenuously.
By using this site you agree that you have permission by the owner of any images you upload, email or post to Say Sausages, to make and use a reproduction onto other media using their image(s).

We reserve the right not to reproduce any images which are offensive or contain inappropriate content. As a security measure we reserve the right to record the IP address of the computer used to upload any image to our site. If any illegal or pornographic images are uploaded to our site, we will inform the relevant authorities and provide any details we hold.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order you must contact Say Sausages by email within 24 hours of the order being placed, quoting the order reference number. Title the email Order Cancellation.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your digital artwork within 14 days, we will advise you when your artwork is ready for despatch via e-mail.
